The Story of the Magic Pudding/ Fudge.

Pip's Famous Fudge keeps on appearing, and disappearing at a great rate, on the BBQ table outside the Nordic Shelter every weekend. On the following weekend there is a fresh batch and so the story goes on. A bit like the Magic Pudding really.

On further investigation we find it is not magic after all but Pip's kind efforts in making and delivering these delights - a most innovative way to donate to the Shelter while making people happy.

After last year luring the public to eat more and more, it was time to gauge its real value.

You have heard of the first seasonal tray of mangoes, auctioned for monster amounts? This was the first slab of Pip's Famous Fudge for 2018. The word got around and the winning bidder putting forward $1000 towards the first tray of the season. A total of $1850 was raised for the Shelter and lots of people now have a lot of fudge!

Much thanks to the winning bidders for their generous donation to the Nordic Shelter and for Pip for donating her time, expertise and ingredients to make this lovely fudge.
